Chicken Cacciatore

Bob G gave me a recipe for chicken cacciatore.  Since the weather has cooled off considerably, it seemed like a good time to make such an earthy, saucy, warm dish.  I forgot to pick up mushrooms, so this tasted lighter than the last time I made it, but it was still delicious.  I made polenta finished with some butter and parmesan to serve underneath the chicken.
